The National Staff, Board of Directors and the Kappa Delta Rho Foundation welcome and congratulate Xavier Romano as our new Executive Director! We are very excited to welcome an experienced leader into our organization. Please join us in receiving Xavier as he starts his new journey with the Kappa Delta Rho Family!
The Board of Directors were searching for a new Executive Director ever since the announcement of Dr. Joe Rosenberg’s retirement. We thank Dr. Rosenberg for 15 years of leading our organization and wish him well on his upcoming journey!
Xavier Romano has spent the last thirty years in higher education. He is not a Brother of KDR, but is initiated into Chi Psi Fraternity. He has served in public and private higher education at the President’s cabinet level for over twenty years. Xavier previously served as the Executive Director of Sigma Lambda Beta Fraternity and helped the organization flourish over the last five years. Xavier is eager to connect with Brother’s from around the country soon, and work side by side with Staff and Volunteers to enhance the Kappa Delta Rho Experience!
Xavier says, “I have long known of Kappa Delta Rho Fraternity. KDR’s historical significance in the higher education Greek movement is exceptionally well known and respected. When a colleague of mine shared with me that KDR had initiated a national search for an executive director I think it took me all of sixty seconds to recognize that this was not only a rare opportunity, but an environment where the totality of my skill sets could come into play. I quite literally felt an immediate and most curious synergy which only validated itself over the course of a very thorough and rigorous search process. Now, with the beginning of June, the journey begins!”
National President Scott Bradley shares, “Xavier is an exceptional leader! He is truly the right man to continue our organization in the right direction.
