ORDO HONORIS EPSILON ALPHA CLASS SELECTED
Brothers Shawn M. Hoke & Hugh Mose to Receive Highest Fraternity Recognition
GREENSBURG, PA – The National Fraternity of Kappa Delta Rho is pleased to announce that Shawn M. Hoke, Phi Alpha ’95, and Hugh Mose, Iota ’71, will be inducted as the Epsilon Alpha class into the Ordo Honoris at a Banquet on Saturday, August 4 at 7:00 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency at the Pittsburgh International Airport. The Ordo Honoris is the highest honor the National Fraternity may bestow. Membership in Ordo Honoris rests in the hands of one’s peers and nominees must demonstrate exceptional personal or professional accomplishments, community involvement, or outstanding national or chapter involvement with the Fraternity.
Brother Hoke’s induction reflects his service to the Fraternity which started in 1995 when he served as consul of his chapter. He would later work as an educational leadership consultant and then for a time as the executive director. Following this work, Brother Hoke volunteered and served on the Board of Directors of the Fraternity for more than nine years, culminating with his service as National President. Brother Hoke is also an accomplished Student Affairs professional having been recognized for his achievements within the fraternal community by the Northeast Greek Leadership Association, the Association of Fraternity / Sorority Advisors, the Student Senate of Clarion University, and the IFC & Panhellenic of Clarion University. Additionally, Brother Hoke is an active member of his church, belongs to the Knights of Columbus, and serves as a site coordinator for the Red Cross in Clarion.
Brother Mose’s induction reflects his professional accomplishments. Recently named the American Public Transportation Association’s Outstanding Public Transportation Manager, Brother Mose has led small public transit systems in Iowa, California, Washington, and is now general manager of the Centre Area Transportation Authority in State College, Pa where he has worked for the past 15 years. Brother Mose is also involved in state & national transit industry associations as well as many local community groups.
Kappa Delta Rho is an American college social fraternity spread throughout the United States. The fraternity places emphasis on Fellowship, Leadership, Scholarship, Service, and Tradition.
