The Suzanne McFarland Red Rose Award was established by the Board of Directors in 2008 to recognize the efforts and support of a person who is not an initiated member of Kappa Delta Rho. Although the award’s origins come from the Sweetheart Award that was awarded up until the 1970s, the recipient can be a non-member of any gender. The award is named after Suzanne McFarland who served the Fraternity’s National Office faithfully and tirelessly for over 25 years.
Award Criteria:
1. Please describe the activities, involvement, and areas of support that your nominee has made to your chapter and/or the National Fraternity that make them stand out above any other friends of KDR.
2. Please attach a clear, high resolution, recent photo of the nominee that could be used for publication in the Quill & Scroll.
